SAFETY
The company places high priority to safety in
accordance with world standards and we are fully
committed to the enhancement of health, safety,
environment and security (HSES) policies.
We enforce the use of personal protective equipments
(PPE) on all our sites jobs and projects i.e. all
safety procedures are observed in personnel, the
site and office environment as well at the job at
hand. Some of the PPEs include crash helmets, safety
boots, hand gloves, eye protection goggles, fire
fighting equipments etc.
HEALTH
We embark on the following health policies:
Ensure that all staff member undergo medical
examination to certify if they are fit before
employment
Give all employees and staff members access to
medical attention with a good clinic/hospital
Our management recognized the health hazards of
employees and third parties and so monitoring and
controlling vices are put in place.
SAFETY
We embark on the following safety policies:
Acceptance of need to provide safe facilities and
safe procedure
All equipment that may cause injury are safe guarded
It is necessary to train all staff members on safety
policies
Have regular HSES meetings
Safety goals and objectives are set yearly.
Drug and Alcohol Policy: Drugs taken without first
aid’s prescription amount to abuse. Therefore on no
account shall drug be taken without the consent of
he first aid administrator.
Drinking storage and the use of alcohol within the
premises of the office and sites is prohibited.
Also, a no smoking policy is enforced as well.
To this end, the management will discipline
appropriately employees and contractor staff who
flaunt the stipulations of this policy.
ENVIRONMENT
It has been the responsibility of RADNITZ Integrated
Services staff members to perform their work in a
good and conducive working environment, as well as
protect and preserve the environment.
All waste during the course of the project shall be
collected, treated and disposed properly.
Also, our experts shall conduct Environmental
Assessment every given interval of time.
SECURITY
RADNITZ Integrated Services has good security
personnel and system in place. We improve security
awareness of both employees and other parties. Also,
the security of the company properties and employees
are always given maximum attention.
